Junior High Scholars' Bowl Meet is HERE tonight! Meet starts at 5:00pm - parents and fans are welcome! Please note that you can NOT enter a room once a round has started so please be on time. Rounds take about 15 minutes - and you can always go into a room between rounds. Cheering during the question rounds is not appropriate - however clapping at the end of a round certainly is!!

Our Washington County FCCLA chapter received their results from STAR Events today along with district awards. Our chapter was recognized for Increased Membership with the highest honor, Second place for Power of One Units completed, and Third place in the STAR Event Participation Award! Members may choose from over 50 competitive events which apply knowledge and skills learned in Family and Consumer Sciences. Competitive events set students up for career success as members explore Career Pathways and address important personal, societal, and work issues through competing at the district, state, and national levels. STAR Event results are as follows: Professional Presentation L2-Kady Toole and Abi Sawin—First Place, State Qualifier.
