Holton Honor Band Festival was a success. Each groups' performance was excellent!! We had 6 students in the White Band, 8 in the Red Band, 3 in the Purple Band, and 2 in the Blue Band. Thanks for representing Washington County!!

WCES had a great time today concluding the Great Kindness Challenge week. The 6th grade ambassadors worked hard to organize a food drive for the food pantry and an all school celebration.

Dale “The Book Man” came to visit and brought another 41 books for both our libraries! Thanks again to our biggest library supporter!


Preschool joined the elementary in the Great Kindness Challenge food drive. These little Tigers brought in 279 food items to donate to the food pantry!

The fourth grade enjoyed their lesson on Money Matters from Lydia Hiesterman today. Her business, Thrivent Financial, is the music classroom sponsor for the Classrooms to Careers program. They love their new t-shirts!!
