Booster Club sponsored the football team to be morning greeters for the elementary this morning. Some of the greeters were challenged into a game of football with one of the morning clubs. I'm not sure who the winning team was, but let's say fun was had by all!

If you haven’t heard, the Ruby Reds are partnering with local businesses to recognize a Tiger Fan of the Game. At every home game the senior squad members are selecting someone who exhibits excellent sportsmanship, Tiger spirit, and helps us foster a great game-day atmosphere.

Our HS girls team was strong and fast today on the course at Nemaha Central. All 4 girls came home with a medal! In the varsity race, Kenzie was our top finisher and medaled in 3rd place, Nora medaled at 17th. In the JV race Addy was 2nd and Angel was 3rd. (That picture will be posted later.)
Our HS boys XC competed very well today at the Nemaha Central meet in Seneca. Garrison was our top finisher and medaled at 15th, Atticus medaled at 19th, Lucas got 46th, Ryan got 55th, and Garrett got 56th. Keep working hard. We have 4 more guaranteed meets and hopefully state is our Bonus!
Great day for our JH tiger distance runners at the Nemaha Central XC meet. They medaled by grade level and by gender today. Xander medaled with 4th place in the 7th boys division , Robert was 10th and Carter was 11th in the 7th grade girls division Kinsley was 12th, Cecelia was 17th, and Catlynn was 19th. In the 8th grade girls division Madison medaled with 4th, Aubri was 7th, Libby was 12th, and Maci was 13th. Our JH runners had 2 meets this week and showed improvement determination. JH XC has a break now until October 12th at Riley County.

Junior high volleyball took on Linn tonight. Although the score board doesn't show it, there was ton of improvement with the girls tonight. They got lots of volleys and played hard.

Konza Prairie Dental Outreach Clinic will be here next Tuesday and Wednesday, October 1st and 2nd. PreK through 6th grade will bring forms home today or tomorrow.
