2024-2025 Winter Senior Night in the books. Thank you Seniors and Parents!

At the basketball games tonight, Tiger Designs is set up to sell apparel and cookbooks! Located in the north hallway.

Mrs. Bruna's 6 graders were grateful to have a visit from these ladies from Bruna Implement. They talked about the financial side of Bruna Implement and how math is part of what they do everyday. Thanks again LeAnn Martin and Kelly McGatlin

Tiger Designs will be set up in the north hallway of the high school tonight until 7pm. Stop by and find discounted Tiger gear or place an order. All purchases and orders receive a free lanyard or water bottle sticker for CTE month.

UPDATE: Tomorrows HS Basketball game vs Hanover (Parents' Night) will begin at 4:00 PM rather than 5:00 PM in an attempt to finish the night sooner giving everyone in attendance plenty of time to travel home safely. All games will be played in the HS gym on a rolling schedule. Updated schedule is attached. Feel free to reach out to rsmith@usd108.org with any questions! Go Tigers!

Here is the weekly newsletter. Hopefully some warmer weather is right around the corner. REMEMBER: No School for students Monday, February 17th. We'll see everyone Tuesday.

The Booster Club is sharing the pictures from our Daddy Daughter Dance and Mother Son Movie. Thank you again for all who attended, helped with donations or time, and to Jaqueline Kay Photography. Feel free to download any all pictures.

CONGRATULATIONS Jesse Hoover on reaching 1000 career points! We are proud of you! Way to represent WCHS! #BeTigerStrong

Mrs. Baker's class had a good time for their Valentine's party. Thank you to the parents who provided the "Princess, Prince, Castle" game, drinks, and snacks.

We had such a great Donuts for Dads event this morning. Dads and other special men were treated with donuts and a craft with the first grade students.

Mrs. Rundle couldn't get a better Valentine than to have another student earn a Casey's card for being a Multiplication Math Master!! Meet Deaglan! He's worked hard & I'm so proud of him!!

WCHS JV will host our annual JV Tournament HERE tomorrow (2/15/2025). Come out and support! Good Luck Tigers! #BeTigerStrong

Enjoy hearing speeches, listening to readings, watching skits and generally being entertained? Come by a judge for the upcoming forensics meet!!

WCHS BB heads to Onaga tomorrow (2-14-25). Because Friday is a Holiday (Valentine's Day), Onaga was unable to find officials for both gyms so they will play all games in the New Gym utilizing only the Varsity officials. Games will now start at 4:00PM rather than 5:00PM and played in one gym on a rolling schedule. Go Get-Em Tigers!

I'm a litte late in posting results from our latest meet, WCHS Boeling team went to Emporia Tuesday afternoon with 4 other schools, both boys and girls finished 4th with great improvements in their games. The othe 4 teams were top 5 and 6A teams in the state so even tho we finished 4th, I am extremely proud of our bowlers and excited about our chances coming up with regionals. LETS ROLL TIGERS!!!

USD 108 is closed today due to weather conditions. Stay safe and warm.

Mrs. Baker's class had a great time yesterday at KSDS playing with the 12 puppies. The kids decided there was almost enough puppies for each student to just take 1 home each!
